The Austin Rodeo takes place over two weeks each Spring at the Travis County Expo Center just minutes outside of downtown Austin, Texas. Rodeo fans like the Austin Rodeo because it includes two-hours of ProRodeo action each night. Some of the events include Bareback Riding, Barrel Racing, Bull Riding, Mutton Bustin, Sadle Bronc Riding, Steer Wrestling, Tie-Down Roping, and Team Roping. There are also nightly concerts by top artists, a carnival, merchandise sales and livestock show. The bucking chutes at the Travis County Expo Center are near Sections 130-133, while the roping chutes are on opposite of arena near Sections 113-116.
