2025 Days of 47 Rodeo Tickets

The Days of 47 Rodeo is the biggest celebration in Utah each Summer. The long-running rodeo is at the State Fairgrounds in Salt Lake City, and brings in huge crowds. The Days of 47 Rodeo has been called that for over half a century, and was the Pioneer Days Rodeo for years prior to the name change in 1947. During the rodeo, the whole city gets into the spirit using the hashtag #SaltLakeGritty.

The five day event starts concludes on July 24th with the big Pioneer Day celebration. Each day the gates open around 4pm, and the rodeo starts around 7pm. The top cowboys compete for gold, silver and bronze medals, as well as cash prizes, in Bareback, Barrel Raing, Breakaway Roping, Bull Riding, Saddle Bronc Riding, Steer Wrestling, Team Roping, and Tie-Down Roping. There is also Mutton Bustin and Pony Rides for the kids, as well as, live country music each evening. The venue for the Days of 47 Rodeo at Utah State Fairgrounds is an outdoor venue, with some of the most desirable seats being those near the Bucking Chutes in Sections J, K, L, M and N.
